Enrich Painting is a Community Select approved contractor. All licenses, insurances, and SWMs are regularly updated to ensure safety and quality are always a priority. We partner with a number of Strata management companies around Sydney working on yearly maintenance contracts as well as repainting external and common areas for larger buildings.
HOW DOES IT WORK
At Enrich we pride ourselves on our approachable, flexible and client orientated approach. The process begins with Richard meeting the client on site, followed by an assessment of the required job. After he has met with the client and viewed the prospective job, an emailed quote outlining in detail the work needed to be done with the costs involved will be sent.
Before commencement of the job, depending upon the size, a deposit or terms of progress payment may be discussed to assist in balancing the costs of the project, as well as giving security to the client. Following an acceptance of the quote by the client, we then agree to the start date of the project as well as any specific details pertaining to colours, design and logistical practicalities.
Once the job begins, Enrich will supply all materials and equipment needed unless otherwise specified. Richard and his team will be available throughout the project to communicate with you and keep you up to date with its progress, as well as assist in any amendments or requests you may have.
After completion of the project, we will walk through the job with you, or your representative, and touch-up any defects or areas that may need some extra attention. We also take this opportunity to receive any feedback about our service. Feedback gives us the opportunity to grow, and works towards our goal of continuously improving our services.
